About Us

Our Mission: Prepare students to perform specific entry-level roles in Information Technology (IT) for well-paying and in-demand jobs
NuPaths is cofounded by Harrisburg University of Science & Technology. Harrisburg University offers innovative academic and research programs in science and technology that respond to local and global needs. The institution fosters a diverse community of learners, provides access and support to students who want to pursue a career in science and technology, and supports business creation and economic development.

Harrisburg University supports NuPaths’ technology-focused pathways by providing access to the university’s classrooms, faculty and education leadership experience.

A NuWay to Fill the IT Talent Pipeline

  • Offers training in two distinct pathways—the Core IT pathway trains students to work in IT departments or tech companies; the Business Tech pathway prepares students to work in other business departments in an organization.
  • The 26 week programs are for people interested in starting a career in IT; career changers, underemployed or unemployed, veterans, re-entrants, recent high school graduates, and groups traditionally under-represented in technology careers.
  • Employers hire NuPaths students as interns, apprentices, or as full–time employees.
  • Employers can upskill their employees with custom training delivered by industry professionals as per their schedule and location.
